These pills work after about a week of taking them. They work even better with exercise and a calorie restricted diet.

This does work well it just takes time. I have been taking it for a year now. Easy to swallow sleep quality is very good. It does improve appetite control. I have lost 50 lbs. with diet and exercise while taking this.

I was very awful for this product, but it has failed to deliver better sleep or any noticeable changing weight.

These work well!
I like this product. It works well for me. I sleep better, feel calmer during the day, don’t feel a nawing hunger, and it decreases water retention. It’s great in winter because it can cause some heat burning energy during the night. The only issue I have had are leg/muscle cramps at night while taking the product. Yes, I have also lost some weight.
