Im sleeping so much better after taking these for a couple of weeks. I get to sleep quickly most nights and when I wake up during the night, I'm back to sleep within 15 minutes. I'm also feeling more regular in the bathroom department.

Works great just wanted to cut bk on the amount of pills I am taking...only supplements... but still to many. But it really works great for relaxing and helping you sleep.
