GoPro Camera Accessory Cable Camcorder Cable

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. This does exactly what it says, it is way more versatile than the grip itself. I have used it 10+ times this year skiing with a chest mount and put the handle in my bag and it works great. I ski with it every day. Would recommend

Awesome accessory for my GoPro Hero 5! I mount this on my backpack with a Stuntman mount and it works VERY well!Only complaint is that these GoPro accessories are a bit expensive, but for the quality, it's worth it.

Works as expected. Gives you a lot more options for mounting. Shoulder mount set up works well when I want to get video of steep descents on the snowboard but I don't want to hold a camera.

It works, but for $100 it’s way overpriced. Now that I have the H7B with hypersmooth I may put it up on eBay.

It works. Does the job. Just still wondering how useful of a purchase it was. Thought It would open up a whole new world of karma grip setups, but I dont use it much

Do not buy this extension cable! My Karma Grip works fine, my Hero 5 works fine. But when I connect the extension cable I get the dreaded "USB Connected"! I have installed the latest firmware, I have tried the 60 second reboot, still nothing. It worked long enough to test it when I received it, throw the box away, then it malfunctions. Don't waste your money.**UPDATE 29 September 2017- received a second cable, same problem. Contacted GoPro but no response. DON'T BUY GOPRO products would be my advise. (Amazon was very good about sending a second cable but GoPro is horrible)

This extension cable would be perfect except it caused me many hours of frustration. Right out of the box, it worked great for a day.Basically there's some kind of problem with certain microSD cards. Next day when I went to use it, it kept showing the message "USB connected" and it wouldn't work. All controls were not functioning on the grip. I could manually start or stop the gopro recording but nothing worked via the grip.After some searching online, I found many peeps managed to get it working again after deleting the mem card and reformating it. Not in my case though. I don't know how many times I connected and disconnected the cables. I also formatted several microSD cards I had which have worked flawlessly on the gopro Hero5 by itself. Another thing to know is the gimbal when mounted back on the karma grip all worked fine - this problem only happens when using the extension cable. After buying a brand new microSD card that is officially supported, I still ran into the same issue. This is after reformating / connecting etc.. Finally I decided to also do a factory reset on the Gopro hero5- viola, it worked!
