Works very well
Improves the strength, elasticity of the dough. And after baking superior crumb structure, softness of the bread, and crust colour. The only negative is the price compared to buying in Europe, but I guess that's due to import costs to the UK.Edit - not ideal though for long-fermentation sourdough, it makes the dough very weepy (sticks to the brotform).

It does what it says on the container
I've been making bread in a bread maker for years and results can vary depending on flour quality or humidity. Pan Migliore (Italian for bread improver) won't counter those but after using it for a dozen loaves or more the results are good. I haven't had a substandard loaf in all this time and the crust is definitely crispier. I have to admit that I only use the bread for toast which comes out really well. Anything left over at the end of the loaf I put in the airing cupboard and make panko style breadcrumbs.

Works as it should
Still experimenting with this bread improver but so far so good. Am currently using 1 tsp per 500g of flour, which is half the quantity of the spoon provided with the tub (assuming 10g = 2 tsp), and have tried this amount with both short leavening and long leavening - both seem fine. Have given 4 stars but may upgrade this after more practice with different size loaves.Google translation of the important bits for anyone who wants it:- Perfect for all types of bread thanks to the natural activity of the enzymes.- It is not a yeast.- Simply add it to your favourite recipe.- Short leavening times: 2 measuring spoons per 500g of flour.- Long leavening: 1 measuring spoon per 500g of flour.- 1 level measuring spoon = 10g.- Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, Gluten, Enzymes.- May contain milk, eggs, soy, sesame seeds, lupins, mustard, and cereals that contain gluten.

A very useful additive to home made bread!
Very pleased with the results on first try of this product. Excellent crust and "keeping" qualities definitely improved without adding extra oil or butter to the home made bread - hence less calories! Home made bread is a regular item now, especially as I have a Tokit kitchen robot which does all the hard kneading work and produces a very smooth dough. Thanks to all who answered my query about about the amount to add - had I been more patient I would have waited until my delivery, and seen the instructions (albeit in italian) on the tub to add one measure (10g) to a "slow rise"- presumably soughdough etc. and 20g to fast rise (normal)

No aftertaste
Works very well with no aftertaste, like some improves.

Dough Improver.
Added 1 scoop (included in the drum) to 500g of strong white bread flour and baked a loaf last Wednesday. 5 days on the bread is still soft. Not sure it made a difference to the taste, but certainly the texture and longevity of the bread is greatly improved. I think I can say this is a good product.

It works
Good value pack, used in breadmaker whist trialing different recipes and resulted in decent rise and still nice taste.
