It was a father's day gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He used to tell me about his pain everyday, now he tells me everyday how good this machine is for him. He suffers with the kind of pain one get from stress, bad posture, carrying laptops in back pack or sitting for zoom calls. He uses it every day to rejuvenate after a workday or a workout and says it really helps with muscle pain.It's quite powerful with 30 speed modes. I only tried the lowest setting and for me that was great, my husband went up to 20 so far and it already helped loads.It's quiet as well, no problems using it while watching TV and it doesn't bother a sleeping baby.I like that it has a sleek look, too. Some of the other massage guns out there look scary to me.Battery life has been excellent so far, only charged once and been used every day for 5 days now. Not long though, 10-15 mins at a time. It comes with a type-C charger of which we have many, so no problems if it gets misplaced.I wish it was a little lighter, but I suppose the strength needs to come from somewhere. It's ok.The variety of massage heads are good as well. I really like the one for the neck. I may look like it could be painful, but actually, it's very relaxing.Overall, perfect for the price and for what it is needed.

The media could not be loaded. The product on first impressions looks well made.Unfortunately that’s where the positive points end.The machine is difficult to turn on / off and I am guessing it’s an issue with the touch screen. At times it can take upto 5 mins to switch on or off.Initially the battery charged to 99% but after 1 weeks use the battery does not go above 80%.The seller sends an email asking if anybody has battery issues which is worrying as it seems like they possibly know about this issue.I did email seller and sent videos to prove the machine is faulty but they just dismissed it saying the technician has checked the video and can confirm item is working!!!! ….. amazing how they can diagnose this without even asking for the product to be returned so it can be checked properly.My advice would be to return the product before the 30 day warranty via Amazon otherwise you will be stuck with it.*** update ****The customer service team got in touch with me even though I had been refunded and offered me a replacement modified massage gun. I have tried it and can say it works perfectly with no issues.The coroner service team went above and beyond and showed that they truly cared about customer satisfaction.

I had this massage gun for 2 years, used it 5 times the most , one day I tried to use it and realised it’s stopped working completely. Wasted of my money
