Yes. I don't know the quality as they're a fist and hasn't been opened yet, but they're the same size as Barbies. I was surprised too, because I was expecting them to be smaller.

I don't have the box anymore. But these dolls are beautifully made. This is the official HP merchandise. Sized so that we can combine them with Barbies to fill in other characters. The set is an excellent bargain.
