We have no instructions as to how to put it together, nor how to use. Can someone please post theirs?

Mine did not come with any instructions either. I can't get the phone adapter to stay on the telescope either, it keeps falling off.

Can you purchase additional lenses for this telescope?

I am not sure if additional lenses can be purchased, but it does come with various lens.
