I tent camp a lot in bear country and wether there are bathrooms or not late at night I won’t go walking to the bathroom ever since I surprised a mother bear with cubs (hard to see at night) and thank goodness was just a mock attack. This product solves the problem, previously I was using pine pellets and they kind of work but this stuff is way better. First of it takes little space, don’t have to use much and definitely takes any smell, I couldn’t smell a thing. I wouldn’t call it inexpensive but definitely worth saving me from another encounter in which I may not be so lucky next time.

Best brand I've used and more for price. Only needed 1/2 of the scoop. It will go a long way. Odor is down, no urine smell. It has a very nice coin purse sized pouch to take in backpack, too.

WORKS LIKE MAGIC!I sprinkle 1/2 of a scoop (may 1 tsp?) in the bottom of my 93 yr old mom's commode by her bed, and in the morning the bucket is almost 1/2 full of gelatin! No more spills, mess or smell. And SO EASY!At first I bought the "liners" for the bottom of the bucket, so the pee wouldn't splash upward. What a joke. They are like thin paper towels and the pee would slosh around in the plastic-bag-lined-bucket.I ended up using partially "used" depends at the bottom to soak up the pee. That was annoying, having to handle "used" diapers! Yuck!THIS IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION!! The bag of product lasts a long time because you hardly use any each time!!THANKS!!!

ProsScoop versus individual pouches. Strong scent. Seems to absorb fairly well.ConsThe small travel pouch that I pulled out of the main bag sucks. Filled it, sealed it, and seal immediately quit. Powder went everywhere. Salvaged what I could.RecommendationBe mindful of how many uses you try to squeeze out of your bag. The scent can only cover so much, especially if it gets warm out. Try it. I would again, but would also keep my options open.

We like the way this works BUT it's expensive and here is why.............We use this for bed side urinal. They say 5 ml will treat about 500 ml (about 18 oz). Then why include such a LARGE 30 ml scoop?To eliminate odor, we have to use 3 - 4 full scoops (90 -120 ml) in the urinal to last one week. Don't know how much volume of pee goes in urinal since its only used at night by a 95 lb woman. But three scoops is 90 ml. They say 90 ml should treat 9000 ml (about 300 oz or 2.3 gallons). The 5 gal urinal gets emptied weekly and it is never even close to having two gallons of pee......maybe about one gallon. If only one gallon we are using approximately 3 - 4 times more powder than what they call for.Apparently this is an Amazon (Chinese?) product. Searched for it other places to purchase in bulk. Only found it on eBay (same size) for $31 + shipping.

We use this powder between two pieces of cardboard at the bottom of a litter box. It absorbs urine and keeps the smell down. And makes it easier to clean up. Thanks for a great product

It really works. I am post surgical and have to use a chair potty for now. It really helps.
