This probiotics are great. I've noticed the changes when I ran out and immediately had to buy more. I have multiple items from the same brand and their products are amazing. There is no weird smell, they are small and easy to take. I take 1 daily and during my monthly I take 2 which help make it lighter and less painful.

This item is a life saver to me but you have to be mindful of the dosage, because I took 1 capsule because of my sensitive stomach which initially it's 2 capsule per day but that was too much for me so I ended up taking half of the capsule which was exactly what I needed so that's why it's a five . It's neutral in smell, easy to swallow, good quality, size is ok to me, energy level normal and taste is like vitamin c supplement

I have issues with regularity, and for the first two weeks, this really helped and I was going like clockwork, but after that, I guess my body got used to them and it’s like I’m not taking anything anymore. So if your body doesn’t do that, these are great.
