I owned the 65t's and these are better. The 65t's were great, so these are a definite buy.

Earbuds stopped charging.
I have had these earbuds for about 2 months and they no longer charge up.

Only came with one size of gel replacements.
This order came with only the ear gels that were attached. The description read that there were three different sizes to choose from. So far they seem to work fine.

Not working properly 😑
I have had this brand before and it said "refurbished" so I thought they would work fine. The right ear piece battery only last a short time compared by the left. About 50% less. Also when you try to put them into active noise canceling, the right ear does not cancel but about 30% compared to the left, that goes 100%. I am really bummed because this is my favorite brand and model that Jabra makes.

Arrived defective…TWICE
What happened to this device being “renewed?” The first time I ordered this it arrived in faulty condition. The left ear delivered nonstop static in ANC mode. I ordered a replacement. These were in worse condition- wrong color and screaming high-pitched feedback in the right ear. Did anybody test these before they went in the box? Thanks for wasting my time and ruining my birthday gift.

One dead ear
I’ve owned several great Jabra earphones- but this one had one dead side. Easy to return!

Faulty Renewed product
Product was faulty I willnot order renewed again. My Harmon Kardon speaker went out within a year.
