I havent received my product yet. i dont knw how to track. this us outrageous. it was supposed to be on 10th January but still no news?

I would suggest looking at the order and see if there is tracking information. This can be found by clicking on Orders near the top of the Amazon page underneath the search window. If you can't locate tracking information, I suggest contacting Amazon customer service, they will be happy to help.

Is this brush easy to grip?

Yes, I believe it should be easy for anyone. I have arthritis in both hands and I find it easy to grip.

I am looking for a brush that will reduce hair falling out through brushing. Those with hair loss problems, would you recommend?

I don't have hair loss problems so I can't say for sure, this brush does seem to glide through hair rather than pulling or breaking though. There are a lot of reasons for hair loss, I am a natural health nut so I could go on and on, but the brush is likely not the culprit. Good Luck!
