This is a very nice and sturdy handrail. Looks very nice. Many of my older friends appreciate it when they come over. I would buy it again if I need another handrail. Worth the money.

High-quality metal very sturdy worked great

I ordered and installed this product over a year ago and was so happy with the look and quality of it I decided to add another one on the other side of the steps. I ordered it in march when it was yet to cold to install it, it’s now may and I was able to start installing it, I was matching the pieces up with the one already installed and realized several pieces are taller or shorter then the one already installed. I ordered the same one ( reorder this product) from Amazon web site figuring it would be exactly the same, now that my return date has passed I’m stuck with it because it won’t match the one already installed, beware of these products and if you order two, make sure the match in length before you even start to install

I didn't have any rails on my porch steps, and my wife and I both have knee issues. so we needed some kind of railing. This did the job, and overall I am happy. It is very sturdy and I expect it to last (might need a bit of rustoleum sometimes).I don't have a lot to add from the other reviews. I didn't look closely enough when I bought it, and I thought it was a single piece welded together, instead of a lot of pieces needed to bolt together. I think the bolts look kinda ugly and take away from the look, but again, my fault for not paying attention. As has been pointed out, the instructions are poor, but if you need more you probably don't need to be doing this yourself. You should be comfortable using carbide bits (and have a decent drill) to drill into the brick or concrete if that's what you are mounting to. If you have a hammer drill that is a bonus. If you are going to try to assemble this with the two pitiful included wrenches you will be working for a long time, you should invest in some real tools. If you have a Milwaukee M12 lithium cordless rachet or something similar it is a breeze. Make sure you leave things a bit loose and movable until you get it in place and leveled up.

I was goimg to write a review about how easy this handrail was to put together and install. It is very sturdy!! .. However, when I was in the process of putting it together, I took a closer look at the Top (most important) part of the handrail. It has a large gouge, a large spot missing paint, and a very sharp edge imperfection. (Resulted in only a tiny cut when I ran my hand over it) I filed down the sharp edges and spray painted the damaged area and will have to live with it, as it would be too expensive to return. Putting my house up for sale and had to intall a hand rail, so no time to look elsewhere. Very Poor Quality Control.UPDATE!! After seeing my review about the Top Rail being very pitted and poor quality control this company contacted me and offered to send a new top rail. Not only did I recieve a new top rail (which is flawless) I recieved and entire new unit!! Kudos to this company and their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
