Will this fit 15 mm thick 2.5" drives?

The 3.5inch clamshell will be too big for 2.5in, 15mm drives. You may need to use anti-static bags or foam as cushion.

Will the 2.5" clam shell fit 7, 9, and 15 mm thick 2.5" drives without bouncing about?

Just the 7mm and 9mm. The 15mm drive is too thick for the 2.5inch clamshell.
