Since there is no detailed information about how to use this with your cycle, what day to start, etc. this does not get five stars from me. From what I can find, this has been used in Vietnamese health traditions. I am pre-menopausal and some menstrual cycles are still really heavy with clotting. While that may be "TMI", the fact is that women with heavy bleeding and clotting will get it. It is draining to the body and I often become anemic depending on how heavy my cycle is. I have always been this way. I ordered this to try because it is estrogen-free (no plant-based estrogens) and is supposed to help support a more normal cycle. Do note that the labeling says if you are hypoglycemic or diabetic you need to check with a health care provider before using this product. These need to be taken with food.

I have been going through some strange cycles lately and I wanted to give this a try to see if I could regulate my period back to it's normal 28 days. I have been starting at very weird times, sometimes even two weeks after my last period, all the way to 6 weeks after my period so it's been frustrating.
