Is it compatible with Mazda 3 model 2015?

I cannot say for certain, but I can say - probably. It comes with two sizes and plugs, which should cover the majority of vehicles. Plugs and injectors don't vary much in terms of fitting sizes. You should be ok. Wear eye protection, there will be back spray and splashing if you are using a compressed can of cleaner.

Will this work on my 2014 Toyota Corolla?

This is not a finely crafted piece of equipment, it is just some very economical pieces, when used correctly, do a decent job. All fuel injectors are basically the same, so it should work on your injector.

Will this flush in both directions? IE in the normal operating design direction, but also from output side/end back thru (backflush) the injector?

Yes it will, but you will need to hold tight. Will blow out of your hands. Also note only tap the red clip on battery do not clip black and red on battery. Just tap.

Can this be used with any brand aerosol carburetor fuel injector cleaner or is there a specific brand

Any reputable carburetor/fuel injection spray cleaner. Really works good!

Works. Simple and cheap

Bought this to try and fix a cold start issue with my truck. This product did it’s job. My cold start issue ended up being electrical so this kit did not help me, but at least i cleaned the injectors for a very cheap cost and i dont have to worry about them anymore. Still gave me peace of mind seeing all 8 injectors spraying nicely and functioning well. I replaced the o-rings on the injectors but I did not replace the filters, which i would recommend to you to do.

Simple and effectivr

Low price, simple but effective device. Really cleaned the injectors, car driving with more power. If you can easily access to clean injectors well worth it versus $175 for new injectors on Prius. That just parts labor costa likely double. Can recommend!

A simple solution to dirty injectors

This was a good alternative to replacing the injectors. Quality injectors are expensive, and cheap aftermarket brands have quality issues. If the injector still works and is just dirty, then this is an inexpensive alternative to replace it. You will need a can of carb cleaner and a battery, but there are many videos online that demonstrate how this device works.
