Great camera
Bought to replace a Hikvision camera, and this works every bit as well. Easy to connect, and the picture quality is excellent.

Great quality
Needed to replace old 4mp hikvision cams. These are noticeable better quality image and night vision is fantastic. If i leave a small exterior light on image stays color in almost dark. Had a problem with one of cams. Seller responded and resolved it very quickly.

I ordered 5 of these Camera's 4 of them worked and one does not work out of the box.
When I initially ordered these camera's I had one out of five that didn't work out of the box. With that said I returned the defective camera and received an replacement camera. The seller did a great job of keeping in contact with me and gave me a refund for the purchase of the defective camera. Once all the camera's were tested and installed they work very well! I really appreciated the sellers timely and courteous service along with their concern for their product and the customer. What applicstion do you use tio setup the cameras?
The iOs app does not read the QR codes. I bought 4 cameras and they all have the same problem.Desktop Software app shows as unavailable as well.

The design of this camera is clearly meant to suggest that it supports pan and tilt - it absolutely does not. Given that this design choice has no other purpose that I can discern, I'm operating on the belief that it is deliberately deceptive. Shame on me for not being more skeptical.I'm also not wild about the directions instructing me to download software I've never heard of, from sketchy looking locations.It's a cheap camera; cheaply made - it's only redeeming features, and the only reasons I didn't give it 1 star, are that it is inexpensive, it actually does have pretty decent picture quality (i.e. within expectations, for a 5MP camera), and it seems to work with several readily available software solutions.
