No they do not come with bearings. Just a greased shaft inside a bushing.

Q: Will these assemblies fit John Deere L110?

Yes I just bought a set and installed them on my L110 the yellow color is a perfect match, easy install just like OEM except the tire pressure is 30 psi.

Q: What is the true ship date on the tire and rim?

Mine at order time was 3-4 days but they must have sold out. Ship date for mine changed to 12-16 weeks.
