Any dinghy cover that fits 11 ft or 330 cm will work perfectly. There are many options on Amazon.

I think China. The quality is very good. I have a very slow leak in one of the chambers at a seam. I am sealing it with a patch kit purchased on line. Otherwise this is a very good dingy. Really nice Aluminum floor.

In your product discription it say "9 mm 1100 denier thick pvc materials." that's .35 inches thick. was this a mistake?

The material is a .9 mm 1100 denier thick reinforced PVC material that is UV, oil stain, and puncture resistant. Same thickness of material used on white water rafts.

How long does it take to assemble? Is it practical to assemble / disassemble regularly? Take to the gulf for a long weekend & pack it up for travel?

Took my husband about an hour to assemble. Since the floor boards are a little tricky, I would not want to assemble and disassemble regularly.
