It should have a wire clamp.
Others have said it melts the teeth when installing it, if you go slowly with your drill it isn’t a problem. There doesn’t seem to be a wire clamp that I could find for 14/2 wiring. I’d have read the instructions but there were none in the bag it came in and I didn’t find anything with a quick internet search.Make sure you have the two holes for where your device is going to screw into because once it’s locked down that’s it, if they’re not in the right position you’re out of luck.

Teeth too weak for drywall
Like many of the reviewers, I've followed everyone's tips. When I actually tried this, the teeth just melted millimeters after the popcorn. Like one other reviewer said, only advantage was it created the perfect circle template to cut with my trusty saw.The box itself is sturdy and well designed, however would not buy again just for the convienience. If you're doing many boxes, buy either a 4in hole saw or ceiling box saw instead.

Not quite up to the cut !
As many other reviews have pointed out the teeth do not last unless you are careful with the speed, the angle and the age of the wall/layers of paint. Mine went to the trash heap in just a few rotations. Better to get a fine toothed drywall knife and with a steady hand you could do an equivalent job. Also found that it was too deep.

Good product
I ordered four of them and I was very satisfy with product. It is true, you have to be very careful when starting to drill the hole because the material is plastic and as I expected it is designed for one use only. But beginning of drilling is critical, to get through paint and paper layer on the drywall. Hole is just perfect fit for the box. If the material is a bit more durable I will give five stars. I recommend this product.

Easy to install
This was a breeze to install--used to install ceiling wifi access points. Main con is that it throws a lot of drywall dust all over due to the size of the teeth. Also, if you mis-judge the install point and hit a stuff or joist, expect some damage to the teeth.
