Hello... Just order the entire Budget system all over, and you will have an overflow, for yourself or someone that you would just like to introduce your new system to. That's what I would do should the need arise. Hope this helps. Have a remaining good day. :)

Q: Would it work well to use the envelopes for receipts instead of cash?

That should work for most receipts. Sounds like a good idea! Only possible problem I can think of is that receipts come in different sizes so you might have to cut or fold some. Also depends on how long you are keeping them for or how many receipts you are saving. The envelopes are compact in size. Right now I have a 3 ring notebook with pocket dividers to hold receipts.
