If I wear a size 6 what size should I get?

I am 5'3.5 and wear an 18. I got an XL and it was a perfect fit as well as decent length. A rare find! I am getting 1 more gray and 2 in black

Could I wear this under my P.E. uniform without being notice?

They fit snuggly around your thighs, so if your uniform is more baggy, it would work, I think.

It is not gusseted. It's basically two legs and a waistband. There is not a crotch Per se, just seems. There is no Mesh .there is no cotton lining .

There is no padding, it is just a long short.
