They are 4 inches wide, 3 inches long and 3.5 inch height. The round center cup is 2.75 inches wide and 4 inch height

Are crayons & markers included?

No nothing is included. The caddy is excellent for church or school to keep crayons, glue sticks, scissors and coloring pencils. I bought 2 and then bought 2 more. Excellent value for price.
