Joe's Hot Stuff Seasoning From New Orleans, 9 Oz

We've been buying this stuff ever since we first went to New Orleans many years ago and got it there at a big spice shop. My wife is a gourmet cook and she uses this in a variety of foods. This stuff is awesome!!!

Our favorite seasoning for making jambalaya; Cajun fish, chicken or shrimp; creole shrimp or chicken, seasoned fries, or anything you want to give a Cajun flavor to. Delicious!

Jeez!! It took me 7 minutes to finish this & omyyyyylord!! The FLAVORS! I feel like an imposter for lapping up the compliments! 😃 It is not hot at all, but you can add some cayenne if u want. That's like a 5 star restaurant flavor! I served it with a warm tortilla, you can easily serve it with rice or pasta.

Joes Hot Stuff is yummy!!! The Original is also great. Would recommend both.

I’ve used this product for many years. I use it in red beans and rice as well as gumbo. I began using it after taking the New Orleans Cooking Class and have never found a satisfactory replacement. I also shake it on boiled shrimp.

We use this on fish, chicken, cauliflower rice, in sauces and it is always great. Natural seasoning with no MSG.
