Perfect for cleanup or if you like the 5'oclock shadow look
First things first. no electric shaver on the planet can get you as close of a shave as a standard blade. This shaver will give me the head shave that feels like about 5pm after I blade shaved in the morning. that light stubble you can feel. it does not mean you look unshaven, to most people you will look fine, but you do not get the silky smooth feel from a blade. Not even a $900 shaver can do that. BUT, that is not what I bought this for. I got this for the days I do not want to bother with a blade shave and for travel. A full head blade shave while doable in a hotel room, sucks. TSA whines about my straight razer 100% of the time. I wanted something quick for a cleanup that will pass as well groomed for normals and this does the job perfectly and cheaply. when travelling for work this is what I pack and I use it in the shower. light soap on the dome, run it over to clean up, Pop the blade s off to rinse out in the shower and I am done in under 2 minutes. If the client wants to head out for dinner and drinks later I will dry run it over the dome in the evening as well. Works fantastic.I use this WITH a blade. It's a great tool for cleanup during the week when you dont want to do the full blade ritual, and for travel it's a godsend. Just understand it will NOT give you the glassy smooth shave that a blade does.

Two years and still going strong.
I was wet shaving with safety razor and an expensive cartridge system on my face and head. My wife gifted me an electric razor for my birthday. While it shaved my face very well, on my scalp it was great but laborious. Then in the summer of 2023 I purchased this to try on my scalp as the Braun S7 was frustratingly inconvenient for my head. I was happily amazed. That was 21 months ago and it is still going strong with daily use. I do charge it full after each shave. Both wet or dry no issues at all on my head, neck or face (I just don’t press too hard on my neck). If I use it wet, I prop the trimmer open to let the water drain out, and then dry out before recharging it overnight. Compared to my Braun it is not as close a shave, but is far quicker. My typical routine is a few minutes of this followed with a quick (max two minutes) touch up with my Braun. I find that this gives a wet shave a decent run for the money. While a wet shave is still a closer shave, it is not as convenient or as rapid. Both wet with clear shave gel or a quality soap, or dry alone or with a dusting of Gold Bond powder, work quite well. I bought a replacement blade set at 1 year and I’ll do so again in a few months. A few weeks ago I thought the gears were giving out (loud gear grinding sounds with frequent stopping). I removed the four screws holding the head cassette together and discovered a ton of debris - ? hair trimmings, dead skin, soap residue, spent silicone grease? …. A quick few minutes of cleaning with water and a toothbrush and I had the plastic gears clean and turning again like new. It’s been dropped too many times to count but just keeps on going. Highly recommended.

Best Head Shaver on the Planet, Makes Shaving Easier & Less Time Consuming
I've been shaving my own head for 8 years and its been great to not have to go to the Barber Shop and waste $20-30 on a haircut, or deal with waiting to get a head shave and sit still in somebody chair for an hour. I like keeping my head bald and my face shaved clean, so shaving myself was the perfect option since I don't worry about getting linings and stuff like that as well.I used some clippers that were made more for face shaving than hair shaving, so about a year after I started shaving I bought the Oster clippers device and it's the only thing that I've been using the last 7 years. They've been good for a long-time, but overtime the process of shaving with them sucks. They've slowly started to breakdown on me and they're not good for my skin as I've created so many ingrown hair bumps on my head and just a few on my face. My bumps bleed a lot, and so when I shave over them with the clippers it's a nightmare. It's really tough to shave on the back of my head because that's where a majority of my bumps lie. Then the clean up process of the hairs all over the sink is a nightmare to cleanup as well. It's just time consuming and I needed a different solution.I watch a lot of late night TV and one of the informercials that keeps showing up is this Remington head shaver and the first few times I was rather amazed, shock, but very cautious as well. I've probably seen this commercial for a good year or two now and stayed on the fence of getting them. Then one day, I decided enough is enough and it's time for a change, so I started to do extensive research on them and finally decided to try them out myself. Boy oh boy was I glad I finally made the switch. This shaver is great and is as advertised, it shaved my face and head so fast. It cuts close too like I wanted, so it feels like my face and head are completely shaved off. It doesn't hurt either as you don't got to worry about stabbing yourself or nicking yourself. It feels like a massager as it cuts very gentle on your face. It cuts rather fast too and for someone who has bumps, when I shaved over them it didn't hurt at all. This is really needed for people with bump problems like myself because when you shave with clippers they will hurt and make them bleed. I no longer have to deal with that now as I can cut any area and not worry. They cut pretty fast too as I usually spend around an hour shaving my face and hair together. It literally took maybe 10 minutes tops, if that long. I don't take any chances, so I still put peroxide over it since it shaves close. I was so thrilled with the results as I hadn't felt like I had a shave cut that close since the last time I visited the Barber Shop, 8 years ago. My old clippers never cut this close before. The cleaning process was easy too, I love how the hair is kept inside of the shaver and you can easily dump it afterwards. That's the best part to me is that it doesn't create a mess when you shave, you might still shed a few hairs and that's it. Hair doesn't fly everywhere, I've yet to use it for manscaping my privates or underarms, but that's gonna be great too. It's 100% waterproof so you can rinse it with water. I still use my Oster cleaner to spray just because of the bumps being contagious. If you're having problems cleaning, you're doing it wrong. Make sure you charge it whenever you can as well. It's portable so you can carry it wherever you go and don't got to worry about it being plugged in. Be sure to wash your hair after every shave.Guys this is device is perfect, don't hesitate if you have the money to purchase, the price is beyond cheap for something this great. There's actually a new one out that I plan on getting within the next year at some point. I'm going to get my moneys worth out of this sucker first.
