I've always been a little wary of "compatible" printer supplies. In the past I've had issues with print quality and have had printers that simply refused to work with non-OEM consumables.The genuine Samsung toners for my little M2070W cost almost half as much as the printer, so I bit the bullet and ordered a twin - pack of these.Absolutely no worries, here. The cartridges look just like the originals, fit and work perfectly and the print quality is excellent.Excellent value for money!

Excellence item with good result.

All the ink worked perfectly fine for the first month. Now the magenta ink is flashing on my printer. Have removed it and the ink is still very full but the printer will not allow me to print anything with this issue.Have never this problem when buying the branded inks.Customer service contacted me after previous review and offered replacements for the products.All working, good print quality and last as well as branded ink that I have used.

The black works perfectly, the color doesn't work after one page of color printing.Update: black has quickly faded as well. I've returned and contacted seller. The black only made to perhaps ten pages before fading off into a blue

Fast delivery & good quality

My wife's business relies on the printer and with a different provider's compatible ink being used the chip didn't report ink levels. Caught out at the worst time these not only saved the day but were considerably cheaper than going to a high street store (by that point my plan was to just buy any printer as a short term measure and re-sell it). I work in IT and have for about 10 years, and remember getting support calls back when I was on 1st line about how to change inks - my wife, a non-techy, has installed the inks without fuss so installation scores a 5* too!

This toner is by far the best replacement toner ordered,print quality has been great.At half the price of an original cartridge you get 2 cartridges so thought it was worth a try and we haven't been dissapointed.The cartridges were easy to install and i have had no problem with the printer no recognising the replacement cartridges and i haven't had any error messages.All in all, i really cannot fault the product so far and will happily buy them again when the need arises.
