Excellent for deep cleaning my espresso machine. Simple, straightforward and effective.

My Breville came with some tablets so of course I used them before buying these for long term maintenance of the machine. The OEM tablets didn't dissolve as completely as these. It's really hard to tell if these actually clean any better because unless you disassemble the pressure head you can't really see what if anything didn't get removed but the water definitely does come out fairly dirty so it's at least getting that much out :-)

So far, I've used only one tablet but it got dissolved way faster than the original tablet enclosed with the espresso machine. I haven't run a complete cycle(by putting it into the brew basket) just because the indicator for cleaning hasn't come on yet. What I did was dissolving the tablet in big glass container full of hot water. That's for weekly cleaning of the filter and the brew basket. I also read a review that complained there's no ingredients list but those can be found on the Amazon product page. Overall, very good value for the quantity!

I bough this immediately to clean my brand new espresso machine and I’m so glad I did! They work well from what I can tell and it definitely changes the taste of the water when your machine isn’t clean so I try to use this about once a month!

I love my Breville coffee machine but after several years the coffee ran thru SO slowly is was practically dripping out.I used one Tablet and my coffee went thru so quickly it almost overflowed.I’ve been very happy and wished I bought these tablets sooner.
