Great product! Bought in July 2021 and lasted until Feb 2025 - powerful, compact, excellent cooling button, and helpful attachment for straightening long wavy hair. Quiet, balanced weight, and fast dry time (2-5 min depending on hair length/product).

After using this product for the last 3 years, I highly recommend. It dries my hair in minutes leaving it shiney — which I never thought was possible! It is lightweight and well designed. The cord seems longer than most other hairdryers, which is a plus for me.

Stopped working after about a month of use, out of nowhere, sort of short-circuited while I was using it, and I was not using it for a long time, maybe 5 minutes.A slight burning smell had been noticeable while using it the last couple of times, which was concerning because I never use it for more than 5ish minutes at a time (I have fine hair and I just dry them quick, I never do a complex styling), and only about twice a week on the weekend (this was my second hair dryer for when I spend the weekend over at my boyfriend’s, so I only used it on the weekend). It was a struggle to get a refund given that the product stopped working past the return window. This is really not worth it, this must be very badly made with cheap parts. I was taking great care of it, storing it in a dry and neutrally tempered area of the bathroom, inside a drawer, I never dropped it and it was never wet. It just was defective after a month.I also didn’t like the attachments for the front as they wouldn’t stay on for long, they would just get undone while in use, they were not secured in place when you would attach them. This was all around a bad product and I warn you not to bother buying it.

This hair dryer does what it’s supposed to do— dry and smooth the hair. I do notice that my hair is a lot smoother when I dry it with this dryer and it leaves a very subtle and pleasant smell(not sure why) in my hair. So why Do I only give it four stars? First, it’s heavy! I compared it with a similar sized dryer and this one is truly substantial! Maybe some people would feel like it indicates good quality but my arm is just sore holding it. Secondly, there is no high speed low heat option, it’s either low heat low speed or high speed high heat. The former takes too long to dry my hair and the latter overheats my hair. Though this dryer works really well for smoothing my hair, I still decide the two problems mentioned above are dealbreakers for me. Gonna return it, sadly

I actually like this dryer. My granddaughter got a Dyson for Christmas and no comparison, but hey, this one is less than 1/10 the price and works very well. I had been using a practically antique hairdryer that was drying and damaging my hair and making it look dull. I hoped the ion tech in a newer dryer would help & it definitely has. Also this dryer never feels like the air output is too hot but it drys my hair very efficiently. Dont get me wrong, it is plenty warm on highest setting. It looks cute, too, with the pink accent. I will mention that when I first received it, I thought it was broken because it would only blow cool air. I soon realized that the coolshot button stays in when you push it so you dont have to hold it continuously while using it. Then just push it again to release. This was different than other dryers I've used and I like it very much. My only complaint with this dryer is that the attachments dont stay securely, in my experience. I may be doing something wrong again!UPDATE 1/30/21: Changed rating to 5 stars because as I suspected it was my ineptness with attachments rather than manufacturers. I finally figured out to turn counterclockwise to firmly seat tabs on concentrator nozzle behind flanges on hair dryer! So all good now! Nice, inexpensive dryer!

I only use this dryer when I wear my hair curly and it worked beautifully!😍 Unfortunately, after one month it smelled like it was burning. I turned it off and it no longer works. Returning it today.

I have very thick 3C hair. I mean I have a lot of hair. I have to roller set, blow dry, then flat iron my hair when I want to wear it straight & for the style to last at least a week. Ok! Enough of my hair bio!I was thinking about getting a Dyson hair dryer but I couldn’t justify paying that price. I blow dry my hair maybe 4-5 times a year. My old dryer died & I saw this one. What I like about this is the diffuser & the comb attachment.I decided to wash & condition my hair & not roller set. I did sit under my bonnet dryer for about 20 min, then blow dry. Ooooh Child! This dryer got my hair straight! It took less than 10 minutes! I only had to do 1 pass with the flat iron! My old dryer would’ve taken 30 minutes. The dryer does get hot but the cool setting gets cool. Use a good blow dry lotion/serum or a heat protectant. In my case both!Oh yeah! I live in a very hot & humid state.
