I was looking for a prebiotic combined with a probiotic in a powder form because it is easy for me to sprinkle on my cereal or in my drink, or soup. I have a problem swallowing large tablets so a powder is ideal. This comes in a neat small packet,with a small spoon, which you level off and use. It also lasts a while. I have been taking it for about 6 weeks after i had an injury that was a punched wound. I was given strong antibiotics, and after i had taken them, I used these to put back my friendly bacteria in my gut. I believe they are making some improvement to my gut flora.

This has got to be one of the best probiotics I have taken that didn’t give me side effects and has improved my physical health considerably.I now do not suffer from any stomach problems and I feel so much better in regards to my previous digestive issues. I would thoroughly recommend this product to anyone.

I am glad that I've found this product as unlike similar prebiotic powders it doesn't contain inulin or chicory root powder which could aggravate my IBS. I also love the fact that I can sprinkle it on my breakfast as it is tasteless and makes taking it regularly so much easier. However I didn't pay attention to the amount - as you can see it's only 90 grams and the scoop is so tiny that initially I couldn't locate it (it was inside the packet). It's only been a few days but I do feel better so am persevering. On the whole I recommend it as the powder is so much more convenient than tablets but I do feel that the cost is pretty high for what it is.

I don’t usually write reviews but I am amazed by how well this product works. I take this everyday now and have regular bowel movements for the first time in my life!

Third time ordered this product. Normally fine. This time product was not satisfactory. Powder was faulty.

Nice product.I bought this on a whim as I have been suffering from an upset stomach and bloating for quite a while and my best friend suggested I try some probiotics. I was dubious but thought I would give them a try anyway and I am glad I did. I have not been using them long but already I am feel the benefits as I no longer feel bloated. Will continue using these

This powder is really good! I find that capsules don’t work for me! I only go for probiotics that are 50bill or more so this does the job! I normally make probiotic shakes every morning, so it’s handy and I can double the dosage if I need to especially after coming home from hospital it was exactly what I needed! Will probably buy 2 more to keep stocked up but it lasts ages which is perfect!

Does not do anything for me. Messy in powder form. Stick to tablets of reputable sellers
