I had previously purchased the Blissful Dog's Elbow Butter as I noticed my german shepherd's elbows were getting a little leathery. It works so well to keep his elbows moisturized, and his skin is starting to grow some hair back on those spots. I was trimming their nails this past weekend and noticed his paws were getting a little rough again, and I usually would just put a little bit of elbow butter on them and that would fix the problem - but I was out! I checked Amazon and found this, and it actually works so much better. Mojo still hates getting it rubbed on his paws, but he sits and lets me do it anyways. None of my other dogs mind when I do it, and it helps keep their little paws from cracking and getting rough.

I was skeptical at first bc I didn’t notice any difference the first few applications. After just a week or so, the change is incredibly apparent. My senior dog used to have smooth paws but recently they’ve gotten dry and scale-y.I don’t know how this work, or why it works, but for irritated paws it does work.But I did notice the ingredients in the paw butter are identical to those in elbow butter. Anyone know if they’re the same product?

I was looking for a replacement of another brand that though I loved was crazy pricey. I saw this paw butter and looked at the ingredients. Mostly it was the same as what I as using but it was at a much better price point. I received my package quickly and it comes in an easy to open tin. That being said, I neglected the part where it's only 1 oz. So it's a pretty small tin. My other brand had a good amount to it. I still feel that this is worth the price. I've used it on both my dogs a couple times now, and feel that it makes a definite improvement. One dog has pretty good paws and I want to keep them that way, the other has the super dry scaly paws. I've had such a hard time trying to fix these and he's been through some hurt pads when they get snagged etc. This product is worth it even if you just get it once and give it a try.

My puppy is still very mouthy and difficult to groom, but she is just fine with me putting this on her paw pads and she doesn't try to lick it off. I'm impressed. I assume it will help her pads not get too rough. We take 2 walks a day, so I'll need to be consistent about applying every night.

Average product, not the best way to apply to paws, dog leaks it right away.

I tried to use it on my dog’s paws, but she was having none of it. Otherwise, I then it’s a good product.

Smells nice and is soothing to our dog

Based on the pictures, I was expecting a bigger container. The product seems to work well, but I feel this is pretty pricey for the amount received. I guess read the dimensions before you purchase.
