Q: Does this included a chair and chains or straps

No. It comes just as the lift. I don’t care for the chains, so I ordered the mesh hammock style slings. One with no cut out at behind area and one with cut out. The ones I ordered have built on straps that will hook directly to the lift. And the straps are looped in stages so that I can adjust how I need to hook them up.

Q: what is the lifting height? Thanks

With hospital bed at lowest point, would need to remove casters to get him off bed . Need to contact company about getting 6” more height
