I opened the box today 18/5/2025 to use the hose, connected to the tap and switched water on and the seam in the pipe had split, so can’t use it.

It was working quite well until this morning when it suddenly and dramatically split. Not sure that lasting less than a year is very good. Not very durable!

I love everything about this garden hose. It looks great, the brass fixing to the outside tap does not leak at all. The watering attachment has plenty of options - from a gentle spray for watering plants to a soft mist. There are also options for stronger water sprays (one jet) and various shapes of spray. The main reason for purchasing was to have a space saving garden hose - it is this and so much more! Also it is really good value for money.

Needed a long hosepipe to replace Hozelock model that had gradually developed hardened kinks which made watering problematic.This arrived in a tote bag of the size of the one I used to carry gymshoes in back in the 1960s. So quite a small hosepipe when not fully expanded. Not impressed was my first thought!So I tried it and the doubts vanished. The only negative is that you have to fully unwind the hose to use it; not really a problem.The way it expands when the water flows is almost magical. The fittings are classy brass. The hose is light to use, and its hard to see how it could develop those annoying kinks.After use, leave the nozzle open and the hose empties and contracts as you gently rewind it onto its hanger (the hanger is adequate but a bit cheap and cheerful) The emptied hose is now as small as it was when it arrived.This looks and feels a quality product; there are similar cheaper models in the marketplace, but I doubt that they’ll last as long as I am confident this hose will.Very pleased with this purchase

I really liked the product but the spray gun didn’t fully work on any of the setting/modes so I had to return it. If the supplier had been able to send me a replacement gun I would have happily kept the product but I couldn’t seem to find a way to contact them as is normal. The return process was to take it to a shop over 5 miles away where I needed to print a Hermes label, a faff as I had to screenshot and enlarge the QR code for it to work..I have given 4 stars as other than the spray gun issue, it seemed decent and waseasy to set up and reasonably priced.

I’ve purchased this hose as a replacement for the last one that was damaged by frost replacing, like for like thinking that maybe I could get an adapter to extend the lengthHowever, this product was vastly different from the last one. The threads on the attachments didn’t connect. It certainly isn’t 100 foot long as it won’t reach round my garden as the other one did easily and the shower head leaks, no matter which setting you put on,Would definitely not buy again
