I have older stabil about 5 years.. will it hurt to add and also if I double up on dos will it help.... or hurt?

I dont see an experation date on the product. TBut this is not an expensive product, so youcan buy a new one to prevent any damage.

Can i add to 1 year old gas?

I recomend change that gas. This product is to storage for 1 year. If you like to used the same gas add a octane booster first.
