Works perfectly, easy to install, saved the speaker from the trash heap
I watched the YouTube videos to make sure I could do it. I disassembled the speaker before I bought it to make sure it really would be easy. And, it was easy. I swapped the battery very easily. Now, my JBL Extreme works perfectly again, maybe better than when it was new. Before I changed the battery, it was so dead that it didn't even work when plugged in. It would have been garbage. Love this battery.

My speaker is like new!
Before this battery my JBL xtreme 2 speaker was not charging. Everytime it was off the charger, it would die after a couple of songs. It would show the last light blinking as if it was close to being done charging, but it wouldn't give a full charge. When putting this battery in my speaker it was back at the 2nd light blinking. Making it easy to see it wasn't charged. I got my speaker of 6yrs back to LIKE NEW! Thanks for such a great battery!

Rescued my JBL Xtreme 2; EDIT: Died after 2 months of few uses
My JBL Xtreme 2 was showing full battery when on the charger, but as soon as the charger was removed, would instantly died. This replacement took 10 minutes to do, and brought a $200 speaker back to life.Edit: After 2 months, using it only a handful of times, the battery won't go past 2-3 bars of charge. Will also cut out on use if plugged in and trying to charge (it will fully power cycle itself). Works when charged up to it's reduced maximum if off the charger... Contacted the seller for warranty/refund questions and I'm waiting to hear back.

GREAT SOUND, BATTERY PERFECT FOR JBL 2
INSTALLATION EASY . YET FITTING THE CASE AROUND THE JBL 2 IS DIFFICULT. The seller provided tools a Phillips Head And a small wedge tool. I still couldn’t do it . I will try again after watching YouTube. The JBL EXTREME 2 works GREAT!

Battery did not last long
Bought replacement , installed but the battery did not last very long. After about 5 months battery will not charge. Bad battery pack?
