Uh, not so good.
O bought this because I had read where this is good for osteoarthritis. I tried it and had a horrible reaction. I don't know if the amount is too much or if it reacted badly with the other supplements I take but it made me stoned. I became clumsy and disoriented. I felt like I was high! It did not kick in 'til about 1-1/2 hours after I took it and I was at a Dr's. apmnt. I knew I was by myself and was in no condition to drive home but had to drive myself home alone and had no one to call and come pick me up. It also constipated me for two whole days. I am still trying to find a way to take this so I take the capsule dump it out, divide it in half and take just half later in the day AFTER I take everything else. I will see if this works but as to others, I would not suggest you take this mg amount unless you are a very large person.
