After a few minutes of being on my steamer automatically turns off and on by its self. Is there a setting to stop this ois the steamer malfunctioning?

The steamer doesn’t stay on!! It’s so frustrating is a pretty machine but scam!!

Can you use distilled water and regular water or only distilled?

Only distilled water if you want the equipment last longer.

Does this come with the high frequency comb?

No but I’ve really been happy with this steamer.
