I don’t really think the reviews are giving this chair a fair shake. The assembly instructions came with the chair. They were super easy to follow and the chair super simple to assemble. The chair was well packed for shipping. The chair is extremely comfortable and appears well made. Not sure if it’s real leather or not, but I was less concerned about that and more concerned about the comfort and ease of cleaning since this chair is being used for breast pumping and feeding in my newborn daughters bedroom. My wife is 5’ 7” and the back comes right up to the top of her head. The chair glides and spins. It also reclines to a max of about 45 deg and can come back up and lock into any position back up to 90 deg. The chair is a great price for the features that are unmatched anywhere else.

Our chair broke beyond repair in four months of use. I contacted the seller and after showing pictures of our problem they said they will send me a new chair. This is currently during the major shut downs due to covid-19 so there will be a slight shipping delay. This review will get updated to five stars once I get the replacement chair.As far as the chair goes it is incredibly comfortable. The cushioning is holding up better than a similar chair from Kmart. The material is nice and cleans very easily when a kid spills on it and is very pretty. The recline function and locking function work smoothly and the lock doesn’t get stuck. I am beyond excited to have a replacement coming! And appreciate that I received answers to my messages to customer support within 24 hours, and sometimes minutes.New update. The chair has been replaced with a new one and it seems to be functioning well.

This chair is absolutely like sitting on a cloud. The padding is thick & soft and very comfortable. I have to admit I have not sat in it for long periods of time so I can’t attest to its confort/longevity, but I am thrilled. I just wish it came in different colors.

This glider is very comfortable and compact. I'm only 5' 6" tall so I liked the fact that I can sit more upright (the chair can be reclined if preferred) and my feet can reach the ground nicely during the gliding motion unlike larger chairs.I found the seller to be very responsive and helpful. I had an issue with my frame but the seller immediately addressed the issue to my complete satisfaction.

Chair leans about 1/4inch to left

Based on the price you would think they would spend an extra 10 cents and provide a 1 page instruction sheet. But no. So read this. There are 6 bolts. Two large and 4 smaller. The two large are used on the backrest to prevent the back rest from just falling back on the floor. There are also plastic spaces. You need the two large spacers here with the two large bolts for the backrest. Once the backrest is lined up with the protruding cylinder on the side of the frame insert the bolt from the inside of the backrest and then insert the spacer between the backrest and the frame. Do this on both sides of the back rest. These provide the pivot points for the backrest.The four small screws are used on the footrest. The remaining 4 bolts and spacers are used for the armrest. The spacers should gobetween the head of the bolt and the frame and then screw into the armrest.You will need to turn the frame upside down to bolt the armrests on.The locking lever on the ride side locks the backrest in the up position when the lever is pulled all the way up. I found that just keeping the chair locked in the up position works best for me.

Other people may have had a good experience with this chair, and I'm glad, but mine was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had a chair like this before and loved it. However, this time this chair came unassembled, and when we tried to assemble it following the directions, the chair could not be put in sitting position and would not glide or swivel. We discovered that a lower bar of the chair mechanism was bent and colliding with another bar, preventing the chair to be assembled properly. I contacted the seller for a refund, and sent pictures, but was told that that I had to return the 56-pound chair to them and pay the return postage myself before they would issue a refund to my Amazon account. I am elderly. I can't physically repack the item parts in a damaged box, let alone pay the return postage myself for a defective item. The chair right now is sitting outside waiting for the trash pickup because it can't be assembled and is too much of a hassle and cost to return. I paid postage to receive it, and it was defective. Now I have to pay postage to return it? I am beyond disappointed in the seller. It was my loss and their gain of $238.00.
