Easy to use to take your own blood pressure, accurate as compared to my doctor's. Comfortable
I needed a blood pressure cuff that I could easily put on without help, was accurate, and did not require good hearing. This fills the bill! I took it to the doctor right after buying it and compared it with their reading, and it was totally accurate, I have used it almost daily since then and it is holding up well. The display is easy to read. It is more comfortable than most I have used when it is taking your blood pressure. The instructions are easy to follow.

Highly Recommend
This is a wonderful, little device! If you need to check your blood pressure often and need something more portable, this is it!The Omron brand was recommended by my doctor.Comparing the readings to another monitor, it’s very accurate. It’s lightweight and can easily be packed in a bag or purse, for those on the go.I would highly recommend this to others, especially those who travel.I would also definitely buy this, again!

No display light
The BP machine has worked well so far. One thing I didn't consider is that it doesn't light up. In poor lighting the numbers are difficult to see, especially for the more elderly. Looking at the display other than 'head on' it is easy to misread the results. The ability to light up the screen would be a big improvement to this product.

Very accurate and easy to use
Very good BP monitor. It is as good as the one at my heart doctor’s office, as long as you take your BP correctly: rest for 5 minutes, feet flat on floor and back against the chair. Software is great as well; it syncs with Apple Health too.

I am returning this in just over 24 hours
I purchased this unit because of the reviews and it's advertised functionality of accuracy and irregular heartbeat detection, however it isn't working properly at all. I received it 24 hours ago and I just spoke with their customer support about this unit. The problem has been that it will not take a reading no matter what I do. It inflates, the blue heart comes on to ensure the cuff is on properly and I am sitting still as it suggested. The only thing I'm doing is breathing normally and the screen says E4 after it has fully deflated and there's no reading of either pulse or blood pressure. I've never in all my years required anyone to hold their breath to take a blood pressure. And it seems that the only way for this monitor to function is if you are sitting on a hard chair with your arm on a hard surface and don't breathe. Wrong, as I tried that as well and got the same result. So he suggested that I return it promptly for a different unit but if this product only can be used in one exact position, I can't use it because if I'm dizzy and need to recline and check my blood pressure, then I'm S.O.L. so perhaps I may ask to exchange it and give it one more chance, because he told me that I just may have received a dysfunctional unit, but for the price I could get 2 other different products. I will update later. Editing review: I'm still keeping it at 1 star because the replacement unit arrived yesterday and it worked as it should, but today I tried to use it and again it has the same E4 code. I don't need something this expensive and unreliable. Blood pressures need to be taken in other positions than sitting up on a chair at a table so I'm returning this unit ASAP for a refund and purchase one somewhere else that will actually work.

Easy to use, accurate.
Easy to use and usually pretty accurate. Cuff is a good size for my big wrist, and I like the OMRON app on my phone that syncs with the device. Easy to send readings to my doctor when needed.

Not easy for arthritis hands
I just got this today and found the set up very tiresome and not as easy to do even for someone who is tech savvy like myself. I’ll add that I have dexterity problems from arthritis in my hands which you can clearly see in the pictures associated with this review.I’m going to start with the Cons first while the information and aggravation is still fresh in my mind. I don’t usually review things right away but in this case I thought it would be a good idea to do so please keep that in mind when and if you read this review.Cons:1. Getting the blood pressure cuff paired with the Bluetooth on my phone was kind of a nightmare. First of all, the Bluetooth button is cleverly disguised in a place where you wouldn’t think to look for it— under the device on the opposite side of the battery compartment. The instructions that come with it are not that helpful in locating the various parts of the device. Therefore, I spent a good hour and wasted it trying to get the Bluetooth connected to my phone. I felt like I needed a few extra fingers or hands in order to do that because you have to hold down the Bluetooth button awkwardly while watching the display on the front of the device.2. The display is very faint and you have to be able to see gray on gray in order to make out the numbers. This might be a problem if you have vision issues.3. Synching the cuff to the app didn’t work for me so I had to add the newest readings manually in the app. It did however, sync the one reading before I set the date, so January 1st appears to be the start date. I’ll investigate this further and update if I get it right. Or wrong, as the case may be.All in all I spent about 2 hours just getting a couple of test bp readings. Kind of a waste of my valuable retirement time.Pros:1. This is Lightweight and compact so it is easy to put on and takeoff. It has a long Velcro attachment and could easily fit all sizes of wrists except for maybe children’s sizes. My wrist is very small and it fit comfortably with lots of Velcro to spare.2. This blood pressure cuff is very quiet and from what I can see it seems to be accurate. Currently my blood pressure is running pretty low so I have to monitor it more than usual. I appreciate that this is small and could fit in a suitcase or a backpack easily if you want to travel with it. Since it supposedly connects via Bluetooth you wouldn’t really need any Wi-Fi nearby in order to transfer the readings to the app on your phone, Although the app could be a little more user-friendly I thinkOne of the pictures shows where the Bluetooth button is. The other picture is the compact size of the wrist cuff.I will receive a different blood pressure cuff in a couple of days and I will compare these two and keep the one that is most user-friendly for me. I have arthritic hands and ease and comfort are some of the most important things to me other than accuracy of course.
