Q: why it smell so different than the taiwan grass jelly? smell like awful chemical substance!

I agree it did smell like chemical.I ended up throwing it away, afraid to eat them.

One pack you need four cups of water stir itbon medium fire until it bevomes smooth and thick Put off the fire and let it cool and the put itvibtonuour refrigerator for 4 hours. Prepare syrup aside add the banana flavour in the pack into your syrup. After four hours take off your grass jelly and cut into small pieces, add syrup for serving. One pack I serve for ten cups.
