The real deal.
Replaced our crappy residential stove with this cooktop and a 24" table. Got a small convection oven for the oven part. This thing is the real deal. I was a short order cook at IHop in the 90's and never have been satisfied with residential gas cookers. Now I can stir fry for real. The burners heat evenly even and everything turns out professionally. Super easy to take apart and clean. The way it ought to be. But don't turn everything to high and go, you'll melt your pots!
