Q: Two tablets give 500 mg of calcium or one tablet ?

Yes, I hate when companies do this . It is very misleading. Why not just market it as 250 mg ? (10mg D3, 5mg Zinc. and 40 mg Magnesium - etc)

Q: What is expiration date on Kirkland Calcium Citrate?

It depends on when your bottle is produced. I bought mine in 2021 so my bottle's date is 08/23. If you get a bottle with a passed expiration date, you should send it back to Amazon.

Q: Will this prevent constipation

No. The citrate form of calcium does not cause constipation. The carbonate form does.

Q: How much elemental calcium in each tablet? no guesses or assumptions please.

I recently researched how to calculate the elemental calcium and found this: Take the % calcium shown on the bottle who’s is 38% for 2 tablets in this case (not the 500mg) and multiply it by 10. The result would be 380 mg elemental calcium.....not much!
