Adjustable Derma Stamp for Hair Beard Growth Face Body Dermastamp Derma Roller Alternative Home Use

I am new to Derma Rolling and after much research and watching You Tube demonstrations I decided to take the leap and purchased this manufacturer in the sea of others due to the fact that the heads are replaceable and I also liked the 3mm to start with.My first impression was marred by the fact that the important clear plastic case included was cracked upon opening the sealed plastic. It had to be packed this way since the packaging it arrived in had no dents or markings of any kind, also the Amazon box was pristine... so assuming poor packaging at the factory? (See pictures, this is right after removing the inner sealed bag)The individual items are sealed, which I did like. Even so I did follow the instructions on every site which instructs everyone to clean the roller with alcohol before and after each use.I expected to be red faced and have the sun burned appearance I have viewed, but even after 8 passes in 4 different directions as I worked on my face in segments, I find my reaction to be "mild discomfort". This I do not mind since I am still a newby and think this kit is perfect for beginners.Wish my case arrived intact since it is important to keep the unit clean when not in use and now it will not fully close.Otherwise I think for the price it is ok and will now graduate to the Dr. Pen power version.... I am braver now :-)I did include pictures of the instructions on the side of the package for you to view, also a close up shot of the needles. From my research they say to inspect the needles before each use to make sure none are bent... however these things are impossibly tiny. There is no way to truly see if any are bent without a powerful magnifier and a lot of patience.Good luck to you and hope the info helps.

Micro Needling is marketed as a solution to aging and a way to increase collagen production. What most articles do not mention is at what needle depth this occurs at. This product has a very short needle depth that does not reach dermal layers, so it does not affect collagen production. What it will do though, is help product delivery which is very important. If you are looking to do serious skin repair or reap the benefits discussed all over the internet, you really need professional treatments because the needle goes much deeper than any product sold online. Also, even if there was a product that reached dermal layers, if you aren't a professional you can cause serious damage. However, if you are trying to increase the efficacy of your skincare products, this is a great tool.

If you have sensitive skin (I have rosacea) , this may not be for you. While I've been cleaning this with alcohol after each use, my 50 year old skin seems to be breaking out more (like quite a bit). Might be just a coincidence or might not

I am loving it. My face craves it now it... great little set up. Feel it will last me a while. Was a little scared at first but my skin loses the irritation by morning... sometimes put a little anti- microbial cream on after... I think I am looking better.
