Beautiful memorial necklace
I love this necklace. It’s so fashionable. I would say the only downside I see is it was very hard to get the ashes into the small hole on the back. You have to hold the funnel while trying to pour in the ashes and use the pin type of thing to push everything into the back of the pendant.

Wrong size screwdriver
Nice packaging and everything but the screwdriver was too thick to fit in the screw head. I contacted them and the customer service was very satisfying. Other than the screwdriver problem, it is a beautiful necklace.
