I have used Jensen's Alfalfa for years to alleviate hip and shoulder pain. If I run out the pain returns. When I get more alfalfa the pain goes away.My only complaint is that this new product seems to be exactly like the "old" product with new packaging and is much more expensive.

I needed to add my fruits and vegetables to balance it out but its full of vitamins and minerals and chlorophyll and enzymes and much more.....

Took it for 3 times in a day, for 2 days before seeing results with increasing my supply. I was also pumping after every feed. I found these to work better than fenugreek.
