easy to assemble and silent running
Solid machine, easy to assemble and silent running.I had read the previous comments before ordering. Massive box!!! (In London it would sell as a bedsit) Don't be fooled.Took me and my wife 2 days to get into place and 2 trips to B&Q to get some wheeled trolleys to move it.Overall pleased, the only thing that lets it down is the pathetic instruction manual- more confusing than helpful (the German version is not much better)4 stars could have been 5 if it had a better instruction manual.

A good Treadmill at this price though not as Powerful as Advertised
I doubt if its 8.5hp Peak and 6.5CHP motor. The motor seems much weaker. But, a good treadmill overall I would say.

Professional treadmill at a great price!!!
This is a very sturdy professional treadmill which was straightforward to assemble and is easy to use.I frequently run at least 12km p/h three times a week and the performance has proven to be very robust and smooth each time.So far this purchase has exceeded my expectations and proven to be excellent value for money.

Excellent treadmill value for money you will never get one ...
Excellent treadmill value for money you will never get one like this for that price. The wife and I both are happy with the item. Advise the treadmill is very heavy so you need help getting it inside the house ground floor would be best.

High Quality, Solid Piece Of Kit.
When I decided to start doing some serious exercise to help combat high blood sugar levels it was a three way choice. Brisk walking outdoors in all weathers, join a gym or invest in some home equipment. I settled on the latter as I knew from past experience I would not persevere with the other options.I settled on a treadmill because I quite enjoy jogging but cannot run outdoors as I get joint discomfort. I knew that I needed a well cushioned running surface and I wanted a quiet, smooth experience like you get from the commercial machines in a gym.I did a lot of research and the Sportstech F65 seemed the perfect machine for me, having a powerful motor which I will never stress, a large running surface (I sometimes do drift a bit when getting tired) and the option to use motorised incline when you wish to maintain pace but want to benefit from a harder workout. Also it has a very good cushioning system to protect joints.I have not been disappointed. The machine is very sturdily built and I am sure it will last for years. It could probably go in a hotel gym or similar and not look at all out of place. It is a joy to use being silky smooth and quiet and will go faster than I could ever hope to run. And very importantly for me it is doing a great job of protecting my ankle and knee joints, which is something I have had trouble with when road running.I do have two negatives. Firstly, I don't use the programs , preferring to warm up, run at a comfortable pace and then warm down, but I suspect using the programs is a little awkward due to a poor instruction manual that left me baffled. Secondly, and it is a very minor gripe, I do like to run to music and the built in mp3 player doesn't display your tracks on the screen to enable selection. All you can do is manually scroll through blind and hope you hit a track you want, but even when you have found your choice the speakers are very poor. However I wanted a treadmill and not a disco machine and will not let that detract from what is a superb machine.

Good treadmill
A good quality treadmill, large enough to take my stride (I am 2.0m) and weight (130kg). Haven’t used many of the more advanced features yet but all seems good so far. Does occasionally trip my RCD when turned on but that might just be my electrics. Only warning I would give is make sure you have some help to move the delivery boxes and assemble – it is very heavy!

Very disappointing
Unit arrived with malfunctioning incline motor. The problem of it coming from Germany is the manufacturer just sent a replacement motor and expected me to fit it! Turns out buying from EU countries isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.Apart from that, the HRC program responds with a 30 second delay so by the time it slows down your heart rate has hit the red zone already!

A brilliant piece of German engineering worth every penny
A brilliant piece of German engineering worth every penny. I've been using this treadmill for over a year now, I use it for interval training and regular runs. I do go through the speeds regularly and heights sometimes, especially when I am doing my interval runs. it still works flawlessly, runs smoothly and quietly. Very sturdy and reliable, with it's 8.5 HP DC engine at this price point is just unheard of! If you're looking for a machine that feels and performs like a Gym-grade professional treadmill look no further!!
