Cool little bike.
Got 2 of these for my kids one tt250 and a tt350r. Assembly was super easy maybe 15 min per bike. First impression of these bikes look solid and sleek. My kids are 6 and 8 and both fit the bike perfect. There is no real size difference between the 2 bikes. The only difference I can see off hand is the 350r has the led headlight taillight lithium battery and a digital volt meter built in. Haven't had a chance to take them out yet to see a side by side comparison in performance but I'm sure the lithium battery of the 350r will outperform the 250 naturally. Also these bike are quite lite. Update. Been a a couple weeks now and all I can say is wow! This bike is awesome. Battery life is excellent. My son has rode this 2 hrs pretty much nonstop and battery never flinched and was still 3/4 charged. Have yet killed the battery after all day riding . Tons of power and even I've jumped on and took it for a spin.

It is TINY and Sending it Back was VERY DIFFICULT
I just spent $70.37 to send this bike back and the process has been painfully difficult.My family and I are frequent shoppers on Amazon and always have a good experiences in the rare case that we have to return an item. However, in this case the process was time consuming and expensive. My wife ordered this bike for our 9 year old son. She doesn’t really understand how to interpret dimensional information but she took note of the age specification for the bike. She thought this might be a good fit for him based on the age recommendation that was included with the product description. However, immediately upon receipt I realized that this bike was tiny. This was much smaller than what she had assumed from the description. So…We immediately put the bike back in the box and started down the road of getting this back to Burrowmax or what we had hoped would be a full refund. However, the process difficult given the number of e-mails that had to be transmitted back and forth. Most of them referencing a phone number that I was supposed to call but never found this phone number in the e-mails. Finally I received a return authorization notice and dutifully prepared the package and delivered it to UPS so they could sent it back. However, upon arriving to UPS I have these issues… 1) The ZIP code on the return notice sent to me does not correlate with any UPS registered address. They could not confirm that this would be delivered to the appropriate location. So, I looked up the Burromax telephone number and called hoping to resolve this with UPS while standing in the store. There are three possible extensions as explained in the voice mail greeting. As I stand there at the UPS Store and continue to call this number and try every extension…. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I finally told UPS to force it into their system based on the label sent to me by Burromax. I don’t know if it will arrive or not. I did my best to get it to you. 2) This cost me $70.37 to send back. In contemplating why I had to suffer that expense, my only conclusion is that my wife trusted the age reference indicated in the product description. I also think that she (and I) assumed that “MINI” bike was a relative reference to an adult size bike. It appears that this “MINI” bike is mini relative to a child size bike. This bike is TINY!!!In short, I am very frustrated and disappointed. My experience has not been pleasant.

5 Star to 3 1/2.
Got this bike for my 6 yo grand nephew. It was easy to assemble and he loves riding it. For him, at 49 inches and 52 lbs., it will run 2 days without a charge. I would liked to have given a 5 star review but some issues have come up. Less than 6 months old, the headlight failed and was expensive, but easy, to replace. Then one day I was looking at the bike and noticed one of the motor screws was loose. When I went to tighten it, it spun. Whatever secures it to the opposite side is broken or stripped. So my 5 star went to 3 1/2. For this much money, I expected better quality control and durability.

This bike is awesome!!!
my husband and I got it for our 6yr. he loves it but so do we!!!!! We live close to my sons' school and he is the coolest kid when he rides up to his K class with all his safety equipment. Its lightweight, adjustable speed, only thing is my husband would rather I got the bike with the headlight instead. But I am happy with my purchase, the delivery was super fast too!!

Purchased 3 of these Burromax bikes for my grandchildren! They love them and I love them. Long-lasting, well made and awesome! They spend a lot of time on them and enjoy every minute.

Great choice
Bought this for my grandson who lives in Florida. He is eight years old and weighs 65 pounds,a pretty athletic kid. He loved it. Rode it the first time with no problems,on a paved street. Then he rode it in the back yard,flat and very sandy soil,again no problems. The battery charged quickly and he was tired before the battery was. It came fully assembled, the only thing I had to do was attach the handlebar, takes five minutes and plug two wires together for the headlight/taillight to work,very easy.Called customer service with a question and they were very helpful. My grandson highly recommends this bike and so do I.

Waiting for compliance with replacement part request.
The bike is solid, well made and so very cute. My grandson is on it every chance he gets.However, at this time I have a request for a replacement part that was damaged when we took it from the box. It has only been a couple days since I sent the email, so am reserving judgement at this time. If it is replaced in a timely manner, I will gladly give 5 stars, but for now the jury is out. As of this writing, the needed part is on its way. Good job!
