Great.
So far so good. The belt is comfortable and very adjustable. All around it was what I expected. The only down side is it’s a little long for efficient arm workout. And the straps seem to be all one sided makes it awkward to wear. I mostly use it for leg resistance as I am a Martial arts athlete.

Too long & return window to short
Doesnt work as shown too long so you have to try to make it work.. boo! Wouldn't let me get a refund either.
