I bought this chair in 2021 and have used it HEAVILY since then. Between work from home and PC gaming, it would be no exaggeration to say that I have spent literally 10,000 hours sitting in this chair. It is exactly as comfortable as the day I bought it. The seat cushion hasnt degraded a single bit and if anything is more comfortable with some breaking-in having occurred. The back is breathable, the adjustable lumbar support is excellent and provides comfort at numerous sitting angles. It is wide, meaning you can lean either way and still be comfortable, or move the armwrests in to get a more snug fit. Literally everything about this chair is perfect, I cannot think of one negative thing to say over TEN THOUSAND HOURS of sitting. I cannot reccommend this chair enough.

(Update 4 months: chair is still rock solid with heavy use very happy)So I'm 6'1 195lbs. I'm extremely picky about chairs!. But I'm not gonna spend $1000+ for a chair anymore.I ordered this chair with the head wrest. Finally! A chair that has arm wrists that feel quality. So many chairs have arms that wobble around. Even my steelcase leap V2 has had that issue. These are nice and sturdy and stay where I put then without moving. I love it!The lumbar support is ok, it's edit:it IS adjustable but i didn't realize it at first feels comfortable so I have no complaints.The bottom cushion is firm enough I dont think it will break down to much over time. But also soft enough that it feels good. It hits that nice sweet spot in the middle.A new ergonomic chair can feel weird at first to many new buyers. But, often thats more due to you having sat poorly for many years. Give yourself a week or so to warm up to it, and afterwards you could never go back to regular chairs.Keep in mind when looking at reviews on here. Everybody has a diffrent body type and no chair is one size fits all. But if your wondering simply about the quality of this chair for its price it nails it!Its basically a steelcase leap V2 (I have one of those also) but I find this one to be the better value, and honestly just as comfortable.The bottom seat moves forward and back. Perfect for taller guys like me. I wish maybe the seat was an inch longer or so. But that's just me slouching in the chair, wich is not how you should sit in it anyway.I'll leave you with this. I'm sure youre skimming Amazon looking at all kinds of ergo chairs. I have too, many many times over the years. This is hands down the best of the lot unless you want to increase your budget by $800 and truthfully I'd rather sit in this VS a HM Aerion. I also love this has the option of foam backs. I'm over the whole mesh thing. Hard mesh wrecks your clothes and feels to stiff, soft mesh sags over time and starts to crunch your center area....I'd say if your on the fence, just get it. With the head wrest imo. But again keep in mind everybody feels diffrent in every chair.

The chair is garbage save your time. Had the chair for a little over a year. the seat lock came broken on the chair I didn't bother returning it or getting it fixed because I knew it would take an eternity since this company is based out of China. about a year into having the chair the lean lock for your back broke. i used the tension adjuster to the point where it wore out and now the chair is totally useless about 1.5 years later since I cannot put any pressure on the back. I then proceeded to contact the support team for the company to take a look and see if they could send me parts or something. The guy told me there was no lean lock on the chair that i had? when clearly there is so they do not even know their own product. He then also told me instead to buy another one of their chairs because it is currently at a discount totally ignoring my warranty request. This company is trash their products are trash please stay away this chair will not hold the test of time.

I found this chair easier than many to assemble, it's already half-assembled upon arrival, and takes no time at all to complete. I'm amazed at all the bells and whistles at this price point. You get maximum seat adjustability - not just up and down, but forward and backward - and what's nice is the seat and back conform to each other's movements so it's never janky or out of alignment for your body.A nice lumbar support that most people say they remove, but I've found hits the sweet spot for me, and is (very minimally) adjustable. I went with the fabric rather than the mesh, for me coziness/comfort was more important than breathability/air. I have found the back supportive and ergonomic, and the seat firm and sturdy (i.e. a bit hard). As a result, I've ordered a seat cushion. The armrests are also very maneuverable (up/down, various angles, closer to body/away from body) - the only feature missing is flipping up out of the way, which would have been nice. And though the armrests are somewhat squishy, they're mostly firm, so I'm using some padded armrests.So a few modifications. But at this price point, I'm not mad about it.Mostly I'm delighted with this office chair. I think it punches above its price point (maybe even way above its price point) - though I've yet to encounter problems I see mentioned frequently in the comments (like an eventual failing base). I confidently recommend this chair to anyone looking in this price range.
