Is this macara flaky? Thanks :)

I don't find it to be flaky at all...maybe when it gets past the three month mark. I like that it doesn't make my lashes stiff. I usually use this product for weekends because it doesn't go on heavy (just Full 'n Soft!). Hope this helps!
