difference from Xiaomi M365
They claims it as US product, but it's just an M365 runs different firmware, It uses MiniRobot APP to Bluetooth connect to scooter, there are only limited things you can do with this app, the problem is you have eco mode and sport mode to ride this scooter. In my opinion, even the sport mode is not sporty enough for me, as I weight 190lb, and the acceleration is just sluggish, I can't even get over 12mph on most of flat roads, it takes a downhill to get to 15mph; not even mention going uphill, I think I would rather run on my feet. The only nice thing about this scooter is the solid or honeycomb tire, no need to worry about tire maintenance. My daily commute on bike is 9 miles so with this speed it won't work for me, I will give it as a gift to my niece who is study at UCSB , who doesn't know how to do tires and commute much shorter. I even made a lock hole around the neck of this scooter for her so she can cable lock it to any pole (as in picture) That's a good place for lock hole

Very Disappointing
This has been a complete disaster the first two days; still trying to get to work properly. Really was looking forward to this unbranded Xiaomi Mi M365. I have faith in the Xiaomi Mi M365, and this unbranded version really has had some issues in the past two days; still hoping to work out the kinks.Day 1:First ride, .8miles, front screw that locks folding mechanism/shafts in place while riding (not in folding/storage position) screw pops out and scooter folds back into my when I cruise over a mild bump. After the scooter started to fold into storage position on me a second time, I pulled over, shut the scooter off, and realized I was one of the front screws. I had tightened this screw before the first ride and while charging the device for the first time. I ended up tracking my steps with a flashlight, but to no avail. Went to a 24/hour hardware store and they had a perfect fitting screw. Bought a pack of 5 for 2.50$ and rode home with no problems other than the motor deciding to cut out for a couple minutes.Day 2:Ride to friends house. First 5 minutes of riding very smooth. Acceleration on flat ground is amazing. Not worried about scooter folding on me while cruising because of new screws I BOUGHT. Scooter has amazing acceleration on flat ground, even the slightest uphill challenge requires me to push off the ground with one of my legs. Other than that, scooter is performing well (with caution).Ride back from friends house was pathetic. Scooter completely failed almost twice on flat ground. Eventually started working again after turning on and off. Back light starts blinking and the app says there is a problem with the brake. Turning the scoot on and off takes away this problem. The device is just such a let down. For the price, you might as well buy the Xiaomi. This has been a real bummer of an experience and am likely going to return in the next couple of days if these motor/brake problems continue. Will also reach out to "Best Gadget Supply" and see what the deal is. Does come with warranty. The wires all seem to be made of the cheapest possible plastic covers. You can absolutely not ride this in heavy rain, and if it gets wet, I suggest you dry it off immediately. Maybe I got lemon. Like I said, the acceleration on flat ground is amazing, but then the scooter seems to self-brake and then not able to have a reliable accelerator after the first push. Real bummer for it to just die out and claim there is an issue with the rear brake, reset it, and start over again.Got this for a great price, and am willing to swap them out to see if this is just manufacturing error.

Great, until it breaks
So I've had my scooter for about 7-8 months now, and my rear fender just snapped. Apparently this is a "known problem", as in, everybody on the internet who owns this style scooter knows about it. If you hit a lot of bumps/uneven pavement, it will bounce around and eventually snap. You can get replacement parts, and even a support bar for your fender....just not for THIS particular model. The parts look like they will work just fine. The right size, the holes in the right locations, but the problem is the tail light. Where every other manufacturer has secured the tail light to the fender with screws, THIS manufacturer has decided to super-glue the thing in place. Meaning, instead of simply unscrewing your existing tail light from your broken fender, and installing it on the new one, you have to discard your entire tail light along with your broken fender....it's impossible to remove. And, of course, they didn't stop the fuck-wittery there! Oh no. While every other model has a nice, convenient plug to disconnect the tail light cable, right outside the main housing, THIS particular company decided to do away with it entirely. Which means you have to open the main battery compartment and disconnect the tail light cable from the main circuit board, and pull the entire length of cable out of the scooter.Of course, since you cannot remove the old tail light, any support bar you get for your rear fender has nothing to screw into, making it useless, until you order an entire new tail light assembly. But, wait! There's more! Any new tail light you get, is going to have that plug on it...you know...the one that doesn't exist on this model. So get ready to do some cable splicing, just to get your tail light to work. What should have been a 5 minute repair job with a $7 part, is now going to take close to a week and more money, as I wait for yet more parts (that I really don't actually need to replace, yet have to replace anyway) to come in. And, since you can't fold your scooter with out the hook on the rear fender, I won't be using my scooter for my daily commute to work as I normally would.

Battery Life was horrible and scooter did not work!
I bought this product after looking at many different electric scooter out there. I bought it based on the price point and the fact it looks very similar to a Bird or Lime Scooter. Which it is not. I got it the first day charged in until it was 100% via the mini robot app and decided to take it for a spin. After a bout 5 mins and less than 1 miles there was 47% batter life and it died and wouldn't turn back on. So i thought maybe that was just a 1 off instance. After letting it charge again for at least 15 hours i took it out for another spin. I got a little further this time maybe about 4 miles and it died again AROUND 40% battery. And i had to walk it back home again. So i emailed best supply and they told me that it would take them a few weeks to figure out the problem which i told them no thanks ill take my money back. Sent it back and i will by a different one.
