We got this for our 3yr old and she loves it. It's pretty hand for longer road trips. I love that I can remove the pocket for her tablet. It also folds compact enough for storage so it's easy to slide under the seat and out of the way. We've even used it once with her stroller and it surprisingly held up pretty well. Versatile and honestly the price is very agreeable. Highly recommend

My 2 year old grandson loves the alphabet (& numbers) and enjoyed pointing to all of the animals as we recited the alphabet. This was the main reason I bought this. However I see that it is a little small and won’t fit his coloring books for the trip. I didn’t really look into the size of all of the other travel trays but probably should have. Overall I give it a 4 as it seems sturdy and will be good for traveling. It would have been a 5 if the size were slightly bigger.

Recently had to drive from Washington to California and these were perfect for my two kids (7 & 5) they were able to color and keep themselves entertained with their toys and when it came time to stop for food these were perfect trays to hold their food so we could keep driving. The strap that goes behind the kiddos' back has to be as tight as the kiddos are comfortable with in order to keep it sturdy and flat but we had no issues and they never complained about it being uncomfortable. Kids were able to unclip the buckle once they were done with the tray as well. Highly recommend for road trips

Very practical and effective for car rides. Perfect for snacks, drawing and even for iPads/ tablets

I bought this for my 5 year old for a 6 hour road trip. Several issues I had with it:1. The pockets at the side are quite small to me. There was no way they could hold a standard size coloring/activity book. It would work with a mini coloring book though. My daughter chose to put her small Shopkins and Hatchimals toys in the pockets.2. I like that I can fit her tablet into the holder and be able to unzip the side to plug in a charging cable, though I prefer the zipper on the other side, with the way buttons are located on her tablet. There were no issues in using the touch screen over the plastic cover.3. The velcro holding the tablet holder to the tray did not hold well with a 5 year old moving stuff around a lot. I had to keep pressing the velcro back on, which was inconvenient to do from the front passenger seat.4. The bottom of the tablet holder that folds in to rest the tablet on the tray isn’t anchored down by anything. I guess this allows for angle adjustment, but also allows the tablet to not stay put and keep sliding forward, which my daughter found very frustrating. Because of both issues 3 and 4, she just wanted to remove the tablet holder and use the tray without it.So the thing I mainly like this tray for is having a flat surface for her to color on. This won’t work for single sheets of paper though, due to the texture of the tray. This is best for coloring books, notepads, or if you’re using something hard and smooth underneath the paper, like a clipboard. She also enjoyed having a spot to set her little toys.

Drove from Chicago to Orlando (and back) with a 3 1/2 year old in a minivan. This was just what I was looking for. He was able to work on it (legos, cars, books) with very little assistance (nothing fell to the floor!). I didn't secure it around his car seat and it still worked as he was able to put it on and off when he wanted it. Worked well for watching the tablet as well! Very sturdy and easy to clean

This will be perfect for entertaining our toddler in the car! It will keep everything at her disposal and quiet on those long journeys!
